BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
MANAGER

At Doowings, we are matching IT professionals to the right projects all around Belgium.

We are currently looking for a hands-on business development manager who will help us create a structure of sourcing partners across Europe and Latin America.  In this position you will be a strategic element for the development and growth of Doowings.

What will you do?
 

  • Identify (Acquire) and develop (Grow) sourcing partners in Europe and Latin America to address market needs and support Doowings' expansion in the recruitment offering;

  • Develop the right Go To Market plan, expansion program, incentive plan, and sales plan to increase growth;

  • Achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Doowings by developing new accounts;

  • Build action plans for short, mid and long-term internal recruitment;

  • Help onboard newcomers and coach them;

  • Bring insights on our competitive position;

  • Showcase our value and positioning as an inter-regional player.

What type of person are we looking for?

  • Master's Degree level or equivalent education in business discipline (ideally European degree);

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in sales and/or business development in Europe and Latin America;

  • Proven experience in hiring and training younger consultants;

  • Track record in executing business development plans;

  • In-depth understanding of business culture in Europe and in Latin America;

  • Capacity to transfer previous business skills and experience to the recruitment industry;

  •  Fluent in Spanish and English;

  • Customer focused – able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations;

  • Great communication and presentation skills;
  • Ambitious, resourceful, self-driven, and with high business ethics.
