What will you do?
 

As a recruitment consultant, you will have the highest responsibility of all: drive your own growth and create your own destiny. This is not for everyone! :)

The invaluable skills you will acquire with us:
 

• Learn about the technical environments and the components of the IT world. These skills will make you future-proof! We believe that in 2021 if you're not coding, you should be placing coders :)

• Learn skills for life such as negotiation, persuasion, and closing in sales.

• Develop a fine eye to detect talent and the right profiles for specific roles. Being an excellent sourcer of talent is worth gold.

• Learn to read people, even during a phone conversation.

• Develop the skill to sell, to stand your ground, and understand your value.

• LinkedIn skills: Learn copywriting and how to distinguish yourself on Linkedin

• Master the tools to be a great headhunter

• Be trained by skilled recruiters who understand the right and wrong practices.

• Be part of a young ambitious company where you have big opportunities to grow financially and to become a partner of the company.

What type of person are we looking for?
 

We are looking for someone who gets frustrated by mediocrity. Someone who has high ambition and who is willing to put in the work to reach new heights professionally.

• You have a master's degree in a business related field or equivalent through experience

• You're a hardworking person and you're willing to go the extra mile to succeed

• ​You're not afraid to work in a startup where you'll have growing responsibilities

• You are comfortable in an outbound sales environment: picking up a phone is not something new to you

• You are resourceful: you find a way to overcome obstacles

• You are disciplined: you follow through and take action

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and have high ambitions 

• You have great communication skills, both written and spoken

• You are fluent in English (French and Dutch are a strong plus)
