As a technical candidate, do you "discriminate against" those opportunities that require technical tests?
I was talking with a candidate yesterday that told me he once spent 3 days doing a full technical test for a company, and in the end it ended up in nothing.
- What's your take on technical tests? -- Are they a thing of the past or do you find it just a normal recruitment process?
- What is the maximum amount of time you are willing to invest in a technical test?
- And, if you had the option to charge companies for the time invested doing a technical test, would you?
Curious to know your thoughts! 😃
