One of our secrets to great recruitment: never mass Inmail candidates!

Right now I have 830 Inmails I haven't used.

The reason they accumulate is because I never mass-Inmail / mass-email candidates.

Marketing experts may call me old-school, but every message I send is personalized.

I have no interest in spamming 300 people to hope 2 answer back.

To me that is not 2 successful responses, but rather 298 people who rolled their eyes when reading my message.

I prefer not to take shortcuts, so I build relationships one candidate at a time.

Because great things take time! ✨
