This is what still gives recruiters an edge over any recruitment platform or other AI solutions.
A simple interaction with the right candidate to share the right information at the right time.
It seems simple but sometimes it takes intensive hours, days, weeks and even months of search.
What do you think, will recruiters always have an edge over AI technology? Or do you think it'll get to a point in the future where bots will simulate a recruiter to perfection?
And, would you be OK or even prefer to interact with an AI bot compared to a human during your job search?
