This is what scarce talent looks after a pandemic:

Candidate 1: I can come to the office 2 days every 3 weeks. Or 1 full week every 2 months? Would the be OK for the client?

Candidate 2 : Can I work remotely 4 months per year? The rest of the time I can be full-time on site.

Candidate 3: I can be in the office for 3 weeks; then, I'm moving to Japan.

And, how do hiring managers respond?

- Some are totally OK with it.

- Others are OK with it, but will adapt Belgian rates to where the candidate is living.

- Others require 2 days in the office.
