UK vs Belgian IT recruiters - what's the difference?

This, from a Belgian candidate. 😅😬

I have heard this time and time again throughout my career in IT recruitment in Belgium:

Belgians feel UK recruiters are too aggressive and they block their numbers or simply don't pick up a UK number.

What's your take on this?

Too extreme or there's some truth to it?
