Today, we are looking for an experienced International IT Sourcing Specialist who wants to stand with us in this exciting journey within the IT world.

What will you do?
 

As an IT Sourcing Specialist, you will help up expand at an international level.

​

Your responsibilities:

• You will help us set up from scratch and responsible of creating the structure for the International IT Sourcing Department
• You will write the price requests and negotiate prices, quality, delivery times and terms

• You will be responsible for creating the setup and structure for Customer Experience and Customer Solutions for the IT Sourcing Department

• You will manage and collaborate with colleagues to assure quality 

• You establish a work schedule, create KPI's, and act as reporting authority 

• You act as a team lead for new hirees

• You will help recruit the right profiles for your team
   

What type of person are we looking for?
 

We are looking for a senior profile who has global IT sourcing experience who will understand how to setup and manage an IT Sourcing Department at an International level.

​

• You have a master's degree in a business related field or equivalent through experience

• You have 5 years experience within the IT sourcing industry

• You have 5 years experience working in an international environment/scope

• You have strong commercial and negotiation skills and you know how to provide administrative follow-up: you understand the importance of business KPI's

• You have experience in providing excellent customer experience and customer satisfaction solutions

• You have the capacity to train, coach, mentor and teach to younger team members

• You have affinity with IT sector and understand the industry

• ​You're not afraid to work in a young company where you'll have growing responsibilities

• You are resourceful: you find a way to overcome obstacles

• You are disciplined: you follow through and take action

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and have high ambitions 

• You have great communication skills, both written and spoken

• You understand the Latin-American work culture and have worked within the Latin-American IT industry

• You are fluent in English and Spanish (understanding of German or Dutch are a strong plus)
