Doowings is an IT recruitment firm in Brussels, Belgium. We are matching IT professionals to the right projects and jobs all around the country.

Today, we are expanding our business to Honduras, and we are looking for someone who wants to become an effective and accurate talent curator and who wants to stand with us in this exciting journey within the IT world.

What will you do?

As a talent curator, you will be working closely with the recruitment team in Belgium, and thanks to you our team as a whole will be more effective.

You will search, screen, assess, and short-list the right candidates for each specific job postings for our various clients.

You will have a fine attention to detail in making sure that the people you pre-select have the right technical skills, seniority, language skills and location to be then analyzed by our recruitment sales team.

The invaluable skills you will acquire with us:

  • Learn about the technical environments and the components of the IT world. These skills will make you future-proof!

  • Develop a fine eye to detect talent and the right profiles for specific roles

  • Master the tools to be a great headhunter

What type of person are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is result-driven and with a positive attitude.​

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent through experience (master's degree is desirable)

  • You're a hardworking person and you're willing to go the extra mile to succeed

  • ​You're not afraid to work in a startup where you'll have growing responsibilities

  • You are resourceful: you find a way to overcome obstacles

  • You are disciplined: you follow through and take action

  • You have great attention to detail

  • You have common-sense

  • You are diligent with your work

  • You are fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Knowledge of the IT environment is a plus
